President Thomas Prachar

…was born at a very early age in Kitchener, Ontario.  A graduate of St. Catharines Theological Seminary…  Called by God to serve as Pastor at Epiphany Lutheran Church, Milton; St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Springside; Saving Grace Lutheran Church, Canora; and Zion Lutheran Church, Yorkton… he was voted to be Central District President for another 3 years at the 2015 District Convention!

Lillian Kozussek – Administrative Assistant

…was born shortly thereafter in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  She has worked for Lutheran Church-Canada since 1999 … but only since 2013 as Administrative Assistant to President Prachar in the Central District.  She works 4 days per week… (Tuesday – Friday generally).
